How COVID-19 Has Impacted Our Operations

We are once again able to perform in-home estimates, but remote options are also available if preferred. We have been constructing some estimates through phone calls and even FaceTime and Zoom appointments. We have also been taking inventory of our customers’ homes that are listed online through sites such as Zillow or Realtor.com.

While we understand that there are some special circumstances, we are not advised to wear masks while moving. These masks make it tremendously hard for us to breathe when lugging furniture and boxes, especially during these hot summer months. We do, however, suggest that our customers wear masks themselves if that will make them feel more comfortable and also limit the amount of people in your home while we are performing your move.

They helped move my grand daughter at a great price to a second floor apartment. They were amazing on a Saturday in the rain. Thank you!

Castro, Rob, Chris and the rest of the crew from SETT were awesome! From the help by Chris and Castro packing the day before to loading the truck and the crew loading the truck, it was all done with efficiency and care for our items. They were courteous and pleasant, answering any questions we had. They called when they said they would and kept us informed of the time they would arrive. The day the truck came to unload, Castro and Rob worked tirelessly to unload the truck and place each box in its designated area. They even moved some boxes to another wall so we would have an easier pathway and moved our furniture back to its original place. We have already recommended SETT Movers to our friends who are planning on moving in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful experiance, you took the stress out of our move!

I had Sett Movers move my mother. They were very professional and friendly. The guys arrived when they said they would. They were extremely protective of the furniture and were very patient when it came to my mother, wanting to have the furniture placed in a certain area of the house. I would use them again. Working with SETT Movers was an absolutely amazing experience. From the very first callto the end of the moving experience I couldn’t be more pleased. Evelyn was very helpful, and Tara was extremely accommodating. She was very prompt in returning my call. Tara was able to arrange for her movers to come to the job within a few days. When the movers arrived, they were courteous, prompt and quick! All of the movers, Chris, AJ and Nick did an excellent job of moving my possessions to my new home. They were all professional and were very attentive to my questions. I have honestly never dealt with such professional and quick movers as I did from SETT Movers. We could not be happier with SETT MOVERS. We moved from Monmouth County to Sarasota FL. Prior to out move, Tara was very helpful in assisting us prepare for our move. Their estimate was accurate and fair.Our movers, Nick and Bob arrived on time and were very efficient and careful packing,wrapping and loading our possessions.They carefully delivered our things and took the time to place them exactly where we asked them to. My daughter had recently moved from New Jersey to Connecticut. We had the pleasure of using, SETT MOVERS, I just can't say enough about this amazing company!We received a called in the morning notifying us on their arrival time, they even arrived a few minutes early, which worked out great! Rob and Trey were our driver and movers both were friendly and kind, they moved everything with such care. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant moving experience! I never post reviews but this was a MUST. Moved from NJ to Florida with my wife. Hired Sett Moversfor the job & after getting a few estimates & meeting every estimator, i can honestly say it was the BEST decision. From start to finish. They even transported one of my vehicles along with all personal belongings in one big truck. They were prompt the day they packed up & very quick. They also arrived as promised in florida 3 days later. Every employee was very professional. Castro & Rob were awesome. They went above & beyond. If ur moving please call them. I contacted Tara Knight to inquire about moving from Old Bridge NJ to Monroe NJ. She just made the whole process go without any problems. On July 30th Glen, Castro, Fitz, Rob and Paul arrived on the scheduled time. These guys worked very hard and they were very professional. They packed everything so secure that nothing would be scratched or damaged in anyway . On August 1st Rob, Castro, Paul, Trey, and Jack arrived as scheduled to move me into my new home. Once again these guys were very professional and move everything into the new home without any damage to anything. The one gentlemen Jack was such a character I found out that we grew up together in the same county. He made me laugh so much . Just what a good group of hard working guys. I would strongly recommend this moving company .

I have used Sett Moving Compsny 3 times in the past five years. Tara is responsive in scheduling and accommodating my moving needs and each experience was a different type of move. Each time, I was satisfied. Today’s crew of two men were punctual, polite and skilled in moving my possessions with care. Chris was my crew chief and Nick M. Was his assistant. Arrived just as they said they would. Great senses of humor, took excellent care of our belongings and moved in 3 hours! They shrink wrapped and padded everything. Rebuilt all the beds and carefully our things where we asked. Would use again!

We were moving from NJ to FL and finding the right company was important to me. I have read so many horror stories regarding brokers and other moving companies. I wanted to make sure we made the right decision. After reading reviews on multiple companies and receiving all different quotes, I realized that SETT Movers was right for us!First reason they are FAMILY owned! Tara was very helpfully and patient with me. First time using a moving company so I wanted to make sure I did my part to ensure no over charges. Thank you Tara for guiding me with advise on how to pack certain items.Second Tyler came to my place and gave a quote in PERSON!!! (no second guessing if they quoted the correct price) He was very friendly and I had a sense of confidence knowing they knew what they were doing!Third the moving crew was AMAZING! They were nice, fast, careful, hard working, easy to communicate with it & most importantly ON TIME!Glenn, Castro, Paul, and John not only were great, but they all had wonderful words to say about the company they worked for! I had a 10x25 storage unit loaded to the top with furniture, appliances and boxes that had to be moved to my new hone. I called SETT Movers and they were fantastic from setting up the move to completing it. They showed up at the storage unit right on time and loaded everything in record time. Chris, Nick, John and Mike made the move look effortless. They moved everything very quickly and carefully respecting the furniture and the house.I can't say enough good things about them and will be sure to recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

Sett Movers had been recommended for my move from Central New Jersey to Nashua New Hampshire. When you move to a different state you want to make sure that all of your items are transported successfully, and with no issues.My contracting with Sett Movers was one of the best decisions made with the move. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the crew members, and the care taken to ensure that each item was moved without incident. All of the furniture and collectable antiques were packed securely with padding and shrink wrap. I used Sett Movers to pack a pod unit and then unload the unit at my new house. We did not want to carry the big and heavy stuff. First time Paul, Rob,Barry and Castro did a great job wrapping and packing the unit. Everything tight and did not waste any space. Yesterday Glenn, Barry and Paul " busted their baloney" as my wife would say carrying the stuff up 15 stairs in the rain. All the guys were super workers and concerned not to damage anything.

Had a great experience with Sett Movers from Florida to South Carolina. They make the move as easy as can be and make a stressful job look easy. I cannot say enough good things about SETT movers and their crew. We had the please of having Steve, Jack, Mike and Austin help us with our move and they were awesome! Of course we had the worst day ever to move with the weather just completely pouring the whole time, but there was never any complaints or anything by the crew. They made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable and the whole team were super helpful and efficient. Not to mention they were moving us out of a third floor walk-up apartment and it did not have any elevators.
